About:-
Cardamom plant is grow up to 4 meters (13 feet) high and it has long green silky blades, small yellow flowers with a violet tip and a large flashy rhizome, similar to ginger family.
Cardamom essential oil is extracted from the fragrant seed pot of the Elettaria Cardamomum plant, native to India and now grown commercially throughout Asia. The uses of Cardamom oil are now possible in all parts of the world. In the ancient period, only Europe was using this oil. The oil is luscious, rich, exotic and entirely aromatically unique. It has a soothing, uplifting emotional affect. It exerts a fortifying influence on mental functioning, reducing drowsiness and improving concentration.

Uses:-
Cardamom essential oil used for the treatment of indignation as stimulant, astringent, vomiting, stomach ache, abdominal pain. This oil is extensively used in food flavouring such as beverages, liquors, native medicine and mouth freshener etc. This oil also protects a person if he/she suffering from cough. This remedy is very common from the kitchens of India and people are still using it a lot.

Clove bud, Cinnamon, Caraway, Cedarwood, Rose, Orange, Bergamot oil
