Parsley Seed essential oil is extracted from the dried seeds that are derived with the use of steam distillation process. Parsley is a biennial plant and has feather-like, yellowish green leaves and a tap root system. Thee plant is native to Mediterranean regions ( mainly to eastern parts). It is noted for its woody, warm and spicy aroma, and is also relied upon many medical and personal health benefits. This essential oil acts as a natural diuretic and has various properties such as antifungal, anti-bacterial, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic and astringent. The seeds and fresh leaves of parsley are widely used in cooking to add flavour, to dishes and as a food garnish.
