The lily blossoms belong to the family liliceae. These plants are 60 to 180 cm tall and bear huge flowers. These blossoms have a sweet herbaceous fragrance that pleases the mind. Lily blossoms are cultivated on a large scale as it has many health and skin benefits. There are even many species of lily that are grown to use its edible parts. The source of the lily attar is its petals which go through steam distillation. After the extraction process, the final product comprises of constituents such as Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Salicylate, Butylphenyl, Linalool and Methylpropional.
BENEFICIAL PROPERTIES:-
The attar of the lily flower is remedy to many health problems. It acts as relaxant when you feel stressed out. When the attar is applied on the skin, it gives the skin a nice smooth touch making it healthy. The attar can also help ease the blood circulation in the body and cures the respiratory problems.

The aromatic lily attar can be blended very well with Jasmine, Germanium and Lavender.
