Rose Floral Water is obtained from the rose damask which is native to Bulgaria. The flowers undergo the process of steam distillation to obtain floral water. This floral water diffuses the essence of the real flowers which is sweet like flower and honey. Therefore, it is widely used in the perfume industry as well as added to many skin care products that get enriched with the water’s skin beneficial properties. Rose otto water includes constituents such as nerol, citronellol, linalool, acetate, ethanol, phenylethyl, and geraniol. The water constitutes properties that can help in reducing the wrinkles and provide the skin with the soft glow.
HISTORY:-
Rose water is derived from the Rose damask that is native to Bulgaria. Earlier the rose oil was extracted through a simple method of distillation which gave tiny amounts of oil. In the 17th century, the oil was extracted through modern means of extraction which is being used even today. This impacted the tradition and culture of the people living in the regions of the Balkan Mountains that it was named Valley of the Roses.
USES:-
