Fenugreek oil is a waxy liquid pressed or distilled from the seeds of the trigonella foenum gracecum plant. It is popularly used for centuries across Asia and in the Mediterranean area. This oil is rich in saponins, phytic acid, and trigonelline. These nutrients, along with antioxidants, end on fenugreek oil with the power to fight cancer tumors, viruses, and free radicals to advance the process of aging.

USES:-
Fenugreek oil has the characteristics of a heart tonic that lowers hypertension and cholesterol. It can also be used as a diuretic to relieve water retention. Fenugreek oil has a reputation of soothing the nervous system and stopping muscle spasms. It is still used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat several diseases. It is known to make a yellow dye. Fenugreek oil is used to add flavor to tea.

Fenugreek Oil is known for its quality in digestion. Fenugreek has been characteristic of being an laxative, carminative, demulcent, stomachic and expectorant. Beside the oil the plant itself has also been used against sore throats, wounds, ulcers, diabetes, skin irritations, and in some cases for the treatment of cancer. As an expectorant, it is helpful in soothing and relaxing inflamed tissues, relieves congestion,reduces inflammation, and fights infection. Fenugreek is also an excellent source of selenium, and is also a natural source of iron and sodium. It is reputed to be used along with insulin to aid in diabetes and to bring down the blood pressure fenugreek oil is that it acts as a phytoestrogen, that regulates ovulation, lactation, and sexual development of women. Fenugreek has been known to increase milk production in nursing mothers.

It is given immediately after child birth to clear the uterus and increase lactation. When applied on the spot the oil is an effective treatment for eczema, whitlow, cold feet and skin cracks.
